Return Policy: Satisfaction Guarantee

Merchandise can exchanged or returned within 15 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. You must notify us of your intent to return or exchange. Send mouthpiece(s) insured mail with all paperwork (a copy of your receipt) and accessories. We strongly recommend using mouthpiece patches to avoid teeth marks and ligature scratches. Items returned in less than new condition will be considered sold and returned at customer's expense.

If you received Free Shipping, There will be a full refund, less $7.00

Customer is responsible for insurance and shipping charges on all returned items. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

Trial Policy

If you think that you are interested in a trial please contact us for advice and to find out if the pieces that you want to try are in stock. Here is how a trial works:

Customer purchases one mouthpiece and may try up to 2 additional mouthpieces. Mouthpieces must be returned in new condition within 2 weeks of receipt of your order. We strongly recommend using mouthpiece patches to avoid teeth marks and ligature scratches. Items returned in less than new condition will be considered sold and returned at customer's expense. Ship mouthpieces insured mail to address below with all paperwork and accessories. If all mouthpieces are returned, a full refund will be issued on the original purchase price minus $7.00 shipping charges for domestic orders. We recommend using mouthpiece patches to avoid teeth marks and ligature scratches. Returned items in less than new condition will be considered sold.

To do a trial, you can email, call or fax us with the exact details of the two or three mouthpieces you wish to try and the Credit Card info. Visa or MasterCard only. Be sure to include:

1.Your name as it appears on the card
2. the card number
3. expiration date (example 09/02)
4. your billing address
5. shipping address if different from billing
6. Your phone number and e-mail address
7. exactly what you would like to order
